Abstract

The rapid development of technology has an impact on the lives of people, both individuals and organizations responsible for monitoring technological progress. The transformation of information technology is carried out at an educational institution like the Palembang Open University to facilitate academic service, by creating academic information system services. The academic information system is running, then it is necessary to carry out a performance measurement analysis of the information system. Measurement of information system performance using the IT Balance Scorecard (IT BSC) method that is oriented to academic service performance according to the purpose. The measurement is carried out using the Capability Manurity Model (CMM) method to obtain a score or weight from the results of the analysis obtained. Then the analysis is done using four measuring perspectives with the Capability Manurity Models ( CMM) consisting of Corporate Contribution obtaining a measuring result of 3.1, Customer Orientation obtaining the measuring results of 3.2, Operational Excellence obtains the measurements of 3.1 and future Orientation receiving the measures of 2.75. Then level measurement is performed on academic information system services using IT Balance Scorecard (IT BSC), overall perspective measurements obtained Defined or level 3 equivalent results
