Abstract

Sistem ini dibuat sesuai dengan kebutuhan sekolah dalam menyampaikan informasi kepada wali  murid. Kebutuhan tersebut didapatkan dari sekolah dengan melakukan wawancara terhadap pihak  sekolah, observasi, pengumpulan data serta menganalisa prosedur yang ada. Sistem ini dibuat dengan  menggunakan layanan Gammu SMS Daemon versi 1.29, Kalkun versi 0.7 dan Xampp web server  versi 1.3.2. Sistem Informasi Sekolah mengunakan SMS Gateway pada SMA N 1 Pangkah bertujuan untuk membantu pihak sekolah dalam menyampaikan informasi dari sekolah kepada wali murid.
