Abstract

In various fields of application of technology something that is often found, because technology can help human work to be done easily. One of them is the technology used in laundry services or paid laundry services. A survey has been carried out at Mejasen Laundry which is one of the laundry service providers whose information system is already owned and no longer uses a manual system and also has data stored in an accurate database system that can be accessed easily. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is an information system that has a theory that is used and explains the technology used affects individual acceptance. The processed data produces several variables obtained from the respondents' answers including indicators (Perceived Ease Of Use) perception of easy use, (Perceived Usefulness) perception of benefits, (Actual Use Behavior) real conditions. The results of the Test of Validity, Reliability, and Descriptive Analysis carried out on the statements of the correspondent's answers, there are still invalid variables, so it is necessary to redistribute them in order to achieve the maximum valid value. to the correspondent answer statements, showing the results of crombach alpha> 0.6 it can be concluded that the questionnaire is reliable and good for continuing the next test. The descriptive analysis test carried out with SPSS 26 found that the Perceived Ease of Use indicator is worth 2.049 which is in the good category, which means that the application is easy for users to use. The Preceived Usefulness indicator is worth 1,234 which is in the low category, which means that the application has not provided much benefit to its use. The Actual Use Behavior indicator is worth 1,294 which is in the low category, which means that the application has not been used optimally by its users.
